Greek Hands was created in 2019 by Claire Jalabert. After participating in the olive harvest in 2018, Claire saw the potential for clients abroad to have access to a high-quality product and for producers to sell their olive oil to a fairer price than the price they would get from selling to a local factory. It is around this challenge that Greek Hands was created. Claire visited Greece regularly for a few years and along the way she met the producers that she now collaborates with.
